SAI developed a comprehensive pharmacist kit that include personalized letters, a detailed pharmacist guide (ingredient lists, scientific support and references to clinical studies), consumer education brochures and branded pill counters. The pharmacist communication program also included direct mail and an email marketing campaign.

Nature Made needed a promotional product launch program to introduce a new subcategory of supplements targeting prescription drug users. The foundation of the launch was rooted in properly educating the consumer of the unique attributes and qualities of the new product. SAI effectively targeted key pharmacists through a functional and creative merchandising and communications strategy. We could then count on the pharmacists to properly educate the consumer, ultimately driving the sales that earn success.

SAI developed an integrated promotional messaging platform, promotional advertising, targeted direct mail, and key account executions that resulted in a strong launch program, trade support, and trial in over 30,000 retail outlets, including all key food, drug and mass accounts. At the conclusion of the program a vast majority of pharmacists surveyed indicated they would recommend the product to qualified consumers.
